Who We Are
A Small Company That Answers the Phone
JG Construction Service is a family-owned design-build general contractor based in Cincinnati and working throughout Southwest Ohio. We started in March 2024 with a simple idea: homeowners should get one contract, one schedule, and one number to call.
We build additions, remodel kitchens and bathrooms, and renovate whole homes with a short list of trades we trust, not whoever was available that week.
How We Work
Three Things We Got Tired Of
Most complaints homeowners have about contractors come down to three things: not knowing what something costs, not knowing when it will be done, and not being able to reach anybody. We built our process around those three.
You get an itemized estimate before you commit. You get a written schedule before work starts. You get a phone number that a person answers.
Our Team
Who You'll Be Working With
Corinna “Dakota” Nix
Owner & Designer
Drives every phase of design and project management. From the first walkthrough to the final detail, she guides selections and oversees project execution to bring your vision to life.
Steve Minnich
Senior Advisor
More than 30 years in the trades. When a job throws something unusually difficult at us, Steve is our first call, and there hasn’t been a problem yet he couldn’t help us solve. He is undoubtedly the true definition of a “Master Builder.”
Chris Abney
COO & Technical Director
With an MBA in Organizational Leadership, He runs operations, estimations and scheduling: the part of the job that decides whether it finishes on time and on budget.
